The accomodation consists of three bedrooms; master bedroom ensuite and two twin bedrooms with Jack & jill bathrrom.

The entrance porch leads into the hallway from which there is a door to the cloakroom toilet, a magnificant lounge which has folding doors opening out onto the decking area and steps up the the open plan kitchen / familly room. Leading off from the kitchen is a large utility room with washing maching and tumble dryer. There is also a steam/shower room in this area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms with Jack & Jill bathroom, one of which has two 3/4 size beds and the other has an additional fold down bed.

Outside there is a lovely decking area with magnificant views over the loch. The decking can be accessed from the kitchen and the lounge.

There are steps up from the decking which lead to a small sun stap with additional seating and BBQ. The property has its own entrance gate which leads into the back driveway with amply parking for 2/3 cars.

The property is finished to a high standard with american style fridge freezer, electric range cooker, wine cooler and microwave in the kitchen. Digital televisions in the family room and bedrooms and MP3 speakers in each of the bedrooms. There is also a steam room down stairs. Those with a concern for the environment may be interested to know that the property gets its energy from a ground source heat pump.
