Entrance vestibule, sitting room, open plan dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom (bath and overhead power shower), ground floor triple bedroom (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed with pull out bed underneath) and double mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed).

An entrance vestibule leads to a comfortable open plan sitting room with large wood burning stove and exposed ceiling beams.

The room is open plan to the dining room and has stairs leading up to a double mezzanine bedroom (combed ceilings) with magnificent views across the Loch.

There is a well equipped galley style kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A high chair can be provided if required.

Beyond the dining room is a ground floor triple bedroom which is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed with a pull out bed underneath. It can sleep 4 people.

There is a garage to the side of the property which can be used for storage of bikes, drying of clothes etc (the use of 4 bicycles is included at own risk).
